90 minutes for 90 questions = 1 min/question. Flag anything taking more than 90 seconds and come back. Never leave a question blank โ there's no penalty.

CompTIA asks for the BEST answer. Two options may both be correct โ pick the one that most directly addresses the question's core concern.
Performance-based questions appear first. Spend max 5 minutes on each โ skip and return if stuck. They're worth the same as multiple choice.

Domain 4 (Operations, 28%) and Domain 2 (Threats, 22%) make up 50% of the exam. Prioritize these if you're short on time.
Stop studying by 9pm. Review your weak spots only. Sleep 7-8 hours โ your brain consolidates memory during sleep. Arrive early, bring ID.
Pass score is 750/900 (scaled). That's roughly 83% โ but the exam is scaled so aim for 80%+ on mock exams to have a comfortable buffer.
